Happy National Margarita Day!

Ahhhhh what a fabulous day it is!
In honor of National Margarita Day (and the fact that I shamelessly love tequila) I thought I would share a margarita recipe with a twist.
The Mango-Avocado Margarita is a low-calorie cocktail with nutritional value, doesn't get much better than that does it?!

Fun Facts: Mango is a great source of Vitamins A and C, while Avocado has tons of fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, and folic acid. Yay!

Makes 4 drinks-162 calories each

2 cups ice cubes
1 cup peeled chopped mango
6 tablespoons chopped ripe peeled avocado
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Hornitos Tequila (its the good stuff)
1/4 cup Simply Orange Juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Triple Sec
4 lime wedges (for presentation of course!)

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth, pour into 4 margarita glasses, add the lime wedges to the rims and you are on your way to a very, very good night.

I sincerely hope that all of you knock back at least one marg today, it's five o'clock somewhere bitches!
