Happy Hour: Springtime In Paris

There is honestly nothing better than springtime in Paris but I have to say this little cocktail is a close second!
This is served as a martini so before you attempt to make this drink make sure you have a martini shaker or something that you feel confident shaking a lot of booze around in.

All you need to make a Springtime In Paris is...
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka (if you are feeling fancy)
1 oz. Chambord
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Raspberries to garnish
So Cute right?!
Add the first four ingredients over ice into your shaker and shake well.
Pour into your favorite martini glass and garnish with raspberries (freeze the raspberries to help keep your drink nice and cold).

VoilĂ ! You are enjoying springtime in Paris!

Have a fab friday divas!

Thought of The Day

Hello Everyone!
I would like to start by apologizing for neglecting this blog recently. It has been a bit of a weird transition coming back home to Minneapolis after my stint in Norway.
That being said, I'm BACK and ready to blog my little heart out!

Ok, so this is kind of how I am feeling today...

Let me explain!
I had the most bizarre interaction with this elderly woman yesterday that ended with me running out of a mall in tears.
So dramatic, I know.
Basically, after asking me a few questions about myself she proceeded to judge the sh*t out of me for the unusual lifestyle I have chosen.
(What? Randomly up and moving to Norway isn't the norm? My bad!)
Personally, I think it is totally insane for a complete stranger to go and form any kind of opinion of someone they have known for less than 5 minutes.
Like saying I am never going to have any type of career? I'm sorry...do I know you?
Whatevs.

So here is my thought of the day...
Don't be so quick to judge people before you know their story. Just because the life they live or the choices they make are not the same as yours does not make them any better OR worse than yours.
Keep your mind and heart open always

XO

Who Are You Ruthie Davis?!

Ummmmmmmmmm do YOU know who Ruthie Davis is?!
Yeah, neither did I until my darling friend Allison from Curio Design Studio sent me a link to an amazing pair of pink pumps that honestly took my breath away.
Ruthie Davis is a bad ass New York based designer and brand who is responsible for some of the most striking shoes I have ever laid eyes on.
With sky high heels, rhinestones, and spikes (my 3 favorite things) Ruthie Davis shoes are not for the weak of heart!
Check out some of her fab designs from her latest collection...
Jewel
Cake
Lounge
Ruthie Davis heels has become popular among celebs such as Beyonce and Lady Gaga but her fierce handbags and sneakers should not go unnoticed...
Mini Dr. Spike(I absolutely cannot live without this)
Jay

While all of these Ruthie Davis creations do not come cheap, it is still fun to look at and gather inspiration from.
Begging for more? Of course you are.

You're welcome!
