Happy Hour: Vodka Iced Tea

TGIF Bitches!!! It's Friday!!! Now, I am sure many of you are getting ready to hit the town all weekend long but probably haven't decided what your pre-game drink of choice will be. Well, give vodka ice tea a try! Unlike it's deadly sister, The Long Island Iced Tea, this drink is super easy, low cost (unless you're in Norway), low calorie, and delish! Now, all of you reading this need to keep in mind that I am living in Norway and a liter of Smirnoff, for example, can cost between $80-$100...for real. SO when we do drink vodka over here we need to make the most of it!

Vodka Iced Tea
What you need (makes muliple drinks):

1) Vodka (no particular kind, it all does the same thing anyway right?)
2) Your favorite tea - I recommend Peach or Pomegranate Pizzaz by Bigelow- click HERE more tea options!
3) 1 Liter of water

Heat the water until it is close to boiling, remove it from the heat, and add 1 tea bag. Let the tea steep for 2-4 minutes to maximize the flavor and place in the refrigerator until the tea is cool or when happy hour starts...whatever comes first.
Pour 2 shots of your vodka of choice into a glass, add ice, a splash of tea, and you are on your way to a REALLY good night. This drink is calorie conscious and keeps you hydrated! What's not to love?!

Have a fab weekend darlings! XO
